I ate a sandwich with ham and dry cured salami found out this is not allowed im worried ?

Don’t worry. The advice to avoid it is because it has a risk of listeria which if you caught that could have serious consequences for the baby. But the meat itself isn’t inherently bad for the baby and realistically the likelihood of that meat having listeria is low.

Ham is totally fine, I think the salami is maybe on the “caution” list but will be totally fine. Listeria is super rare. Like 100 cases a year rare.
