Hi,
im 5 weeks pregnant. Previous MMC. I ended up with diatus recti after my first birth. I’m overweight and my pouch is protruding more than ever due to bloating etc. i am trying to make better healthy choices food wise but i feel horrible every time i look in the mirror.

any advice on exercises etc and what to do during my pregnancy?

I'd recommend getting a referral for physio or paying privately for help with the diastasis recti.

Walking is a great way to exercise.
Depends on your fitness level and comfort.
Parental yoga would also be effective but gentle.
