Cyclogest/progesterone treatment from after ovulation - success stories?

Has anyone taken cyclogest/progesterone after ovulation but otherwise have a natural cycle, and had a successful pregnancy?
Doctor has prescribed it as first treatment, from after ovulation. Struggled to find any threads about it as most are about IVF! Did anyone just use progesterone and it work?

Ive had 3 miscarriages all at 6 weeks, i started cyclogest from 3 days pregnant, currently 13 weeks ans 3 days pregnant wuth a healthy baby! It definitely works. Mine isnt an IVF pregnancy!

Yep I asked my gynecologist for it and started 2 or 3dpo. That 3 year old is playing with trains in his room 😅
I'm now about 20 weeks pregnant and started taking it when I got a positive test (still had plenty from last time)

@Greenscarf1I did this with my current pregnancy, I took from the day after my positive ovulation test. It definitely helped but I did get bad side effects with a very dodge tummy. I had been trying to conceive for years and this wasn’t the first month I’d tried it. I also took baby aspirin from dpo1
