Was wondering if anybody wanted to join me for a little accountability thread?
I looked on the health and fitness side of mn but I know I won't be keeping up with those for the next year+.
I'm generally quite fit, but definitely not where I used to be a few years ago and then after first trimesters I basically cut right back so I feel like I'm starting from square one.
Anybody want to do their own pregnancy and fitness journey with me?
