hello, I’m hoping for success stories for people who have taken impryl please for male factor infertility. For context: my partner has low sperm count at 6.4 million. His other parameters seems to be ok but could be improved. He has recently started in the past 5-6weeks impryl, ashwagandha and olive leaf extract, I’m struggling to find any positive stories of an increase in sperm count online. Does anyone have a story or know anyone who has been successful in natural conception due to impryl and life style changes please? 🙏🏻 I’ve been tested and I’m all ok but we are currently waiting for an IVF referral and I will do that if we have exhausted all options 🙏🏻 xx

Hi - yes, we did. We had male factor with initial tests showing 8.3million. This improved to 11million after 3 months with lifestyle changes alone but morphology remained 0% on both so we were referred for IVF
A repeat sample after a few months on Impryl showed significant improvement with 18.1million and 4% morphology, I have endometriosis too so we proceeded with IVF anyway, but unfortunately the transfer failed.
About 6 months later I conceived naturally. We didn’t have any repeat samples in that time but DH continued taking Impryl throughout so we’ve always assumed that it made the difference. Unfortunately, that first pregnancy ended in miscarriage but I was pregnant again within 3 months (took 2 years initially) and am now 34 weeks.
