I turned 31 weeks on Saturday and as soon as I got up my belly feels so much heavier and uncomfortable! Feeling so much pressure below my bump and back is killing especially when I’m up and walking it just feels like a constant ache with a few shooting pains down below too oh the joys! - is this normal??

I haven’t had this during my pregnancies but if you’re in a lot of pain I would contact your midwife and see if there is anything she can recommend for day to day. Another 9 weeks is a long time to feel like this!

I turned 31 weeks on Friday and I've been pretty uncomfortable aswell. Are you still working? Thankfully I went off on annual leave at 31 weeks and I start maternity at 33 weeks. Have you looked into getting a pregnancy belt to help support your bump? If you contact your midwife she can refer you to the physio too. Do you have a birthing ball to do some exercises on? Xx

I was surprised at how uncomfortable I was during pregnancy. If it wasn’t morning sickness and indigestion it was shooting pains and spd. If you’re worried contact the midwife. Hang on in there, not long to go 🌺
