Hi, I'm new to the premom app. I've been uploading my lh strips and BBT every day. Can someone understand my chart? None of the tests look positive to me, however I got a notification today saying ovulation likely happened yesterday as there was a spike in BBT. Can anyone chime in with advice? I've attached my chart and LH strips.Thanks.

You’re taking too many tests and confusing it with the difference in urination dilution.
take ONE test with FMU every day.

peak levels aren’t always the same amount so often id get a notification saying peak was previous day as reading would go down.

id also recommend having sex on ovulation day and day after as a priority- day before if you can. The chances of falling pregnant at the very start of your window and after are very very small.

I found the first month my estimated ov day was all over the place on premom until all the data was input and I was halfway through my second cycle inputting it on there.

Is there a reason you're testing 2-3 times a day so early?

Personally I tested once a day, second urine or the day which usually was about 9ish, but sometimes it had to be 6am fmu until my test strips where close to positive which was usually the day before peak inwhich case I then did twice a day one am and one about 9/10pm to catch my peak otherwise day after it would have dropped again.
How long are your normal cycles and when do you normally ovulate? Start double testing then , you're results will probably be a lot more accurate.
As with bbt, temp can fluctuate sometimes for silly reasons too, so I wouldn't necessarily trust the first dip/rise especially with a negative opk

Also if you're forcing sex every two days, I'd personally reduce that to when your opks are looking more positive and closer to ov day. If you're not forcing it and that's your norm, good for you! 😂
