Oral thrush not clearing up

Hi, would really like some reassurance or advice. I'm 24 weeks pregnant. I developed oral thrush just under 2 weeks ago. At the same time I had a sinus infection, so gp prescribed 7 days nystatin oral solution for the thrush and 5 days erythromycin for the sinus infection. The nystatin seemed to help a little, but it didn't fully clear it. I feel like it's got worse, probably because of the antibiotics. GP prescribed another course of nystatin, but there's currently manufacturing issues with it, and no local pharmacies have it, so it took a few days but I managed to order some online. A few days in but not sure it's making any difference. With the shortage I asked my GP for alternatives but they said there are none, as miconazole gel and fluconazole are not safe during pregnancy. I'm now starting to panic I'm running out of options and will be left with no choice other than the fluconazole. Does anyone else have any experience with oral thrush during pregnancy that wouldn't go away with nystatin? Feeling really worried and down :/

I used apple cider vinegar, the one with the 'mother'. I diluted 50/50 with water and swilled around my mouth, then spat it out, a few times a day. Didn't taste good but worked within 2 days.
