What to dress 1 week old baby in when it’s warm?

I have a just over 1 week old baby and the weather is quite warm. Our bedroom is currently at 21 degrees. What have you been dressing your babies in for bedtime?
I was thinking a long sleeved vest and a sleep sack? According to online this is okay but wondered what all of you were doing?

I had newborns in an Australian summer (no air conditioning) and I would do short sleeve/long sleeve vests and a lightweight sleep sacks. Aden and Anais do lovely muslin ones which are great for the height of summer. I’d use a 1 tog and a long sleeve vest at these temps for daytime naps.

A fan pointing away from the cot and rotating will keep the temps down in the room too (don’t have it blowing in the direction of the cot as that will be too cool.)

Also remember to never leave a muslin/cover draped over the buggy when bub is sleeping as it turns into an over, always have a gap where air can flow

My daughter was born in an august heat wave we did short sleeved vest and a large muslin folded in two.
I had a sleep suit and cellular blanket handy for overnight in case the room cooled.
You can reassess when they wake in the night. I think as the heat wave started to end a couple of nights I switched to just a sleep suit in the early hours after a nappy change
