I did a baking soda test could you help guess wat am having boy or girl ?

20 odd years on mumsnet and this is the first time I've heard of this.

It's meaningless however - your piss is acidic and will react with the baking powder regardless of whether you are pregnant or not and whether or not it's a boy or a girl.

If it fizzes then apparently it means boy, but I’ve seen people do this and it doesn’t fizz despite gender scans confirming a boy. Don’t think there’s any true science behind it, but it’s a bit of fun! Like a PP said, if your urine is acidic then it’s going to fizz regardless of baby’s gender
