Pregnacare Conception Max

Have just found I’m pregnant today, which I am ecstatic about! I had just got a new box of Pregnacare Conception Max though and was wondering whether I should keep taking these until I run out, or if I should change to a different supplement?
Obviously I’ve spent the money on these now so if there’s benefit to taking them then I absolutely will, but I’m not the best at taking tablets and these are 3 chunky ones, which perhaps seem unnecessary. I still have supermarket folic acid and vit d in the cupboard which I could switch back to. Thank you!

I was in a similar situation and they pretty much have the same vitamins in as the pregnancy ones. They definitely have the bare minimum recommendation of vitamin D and folic acid so id just use them up 😊

Congratulations! Once I got a positive pregnancy test during IVF, the nurse advised me to swap over to the pregnancy pregnacare ones (when she asked if/what vitamins I was on - I was on the preconception ones but not the max one). I don't think there's any harm in continuing the preconception ones but the % of each thing is a bit different I think.

Thanks both!

As long as it has folic acid 400mg you can take them. You could email vitabiotcs and ask them

They-re absolutely fine to take during pregnancy. I had the same situation and checked on the Vitabiotics website. Says you can use up any remaining supply then switch over when ready.
