Holiday in second trimester in August

We are planning on booking a holiday in August and wondered where would be good at that time of year that is outside Europe. Anywhere not too hot would be ideal but that might be hard in August... also we would prefer nowhere with a risk of Zika or malaria.

Any suggestions?

Canada? Vancouver wouldn't be too hot.

Honestly? Stick to Europe. If there’s a problem you’ll be pleased to not be too far and have decent healthcare.
