Bleeding and blood clotting 14 weeks pregnant

I am currently 14 + 1 weeks with my second baby. From 12 weeks, I have been having spotting on and off. Got checked out twice with my Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit to which they’ve checked both times, baby ok and can’t see any areas of a bleed on scans. My 2nd visit to them was a few days ago when they said they won’t scan me again for the bleeding, it’s just something that can happen to some women in pregnancy. But yesterday and today, I’ve had two episodes of heavier bleeding, today waking up to blood clotting. I have booked in for a private scan to check on baby but has anyone else experienced bleeding throughout pregnancy? Is this level of bleeding something that can last throughout or is this heavier bleeding now signs of a miscarriage? EPAC really do just seem to be brushing it off as something that’s happening this time in my pregnancy but it is making this pregnancy very worrying and I can’t relax.

I had a huge bleed at 11 weeks with my first. It was a sc haematoma. I was told off for going to get checked out. It was all ok though. I am not sure about the clotting but it's poor that they won't help. I'd still call and tell them it's heavier and has large clots x

I also had a huge bleed at 12 weeks where blood was pouring out of me for about 2h. No reason shown on scan twice! A month later I keep getting episodes of brown bleeding and third time it happens I went to get checked and they found a hematoma now.
Your blood looks thin and bright red just like mine was.
With a miscarriage it usually start with brown discharge that keeps increasing until you start cramping and bleeding like period blood which is usually dark and thick.
