Did anyone continue with their next AF after having conceived? Had nausea, dizzinesss, constipation (lol), etc last week, but AF arrived late?

I had three periods after I fell, Obviously when AF 4 didn't come did I acknowledge that the pregnancy symptoms I had was just that Pregnancy. I had a early dating scan and was told I was 15 weeks (about a week after the doc confirmed.) Unfortunately ds was born at 27 weeks, so I had a short (known about) preganacy of 13 weeks, it was bizzare.

I had a period on 16 Oct last year, full on, not light flow. Waited for next period which didn't come, was told I had conceived around 8th Oct by the dating scan. I now have an EDD of 14th July but am convinced it must be wrong! Where does all that blood come from if you're already pregnant? I'm confused, when I mention this to the midwife she looks as confused as me!

God knows where the extra blood comes from - but I've had bleeding right the way through my entire pregancy - sometimes fairly heavy in the early months.

I knew from 3 weeks I was pregnant (had tested early as had been through some minor - chlomid - fertility treatment) so it was quite worrying for me as I kept thinking I was miscarrying.

Apparently this bleeding in pregancy is quite common in the early months, but less common later on...

I'm 39 weeks now - and still got the spotting/light period type bleeding, so am one of the mystery cases - esp as they have ruled out it being a cervical erosion for me (one of the reasons some women bleed in pregnancy without threat to the pregnancy).
