Hey first time posting, I've had a pretty tough pregnancy filled with anxiety and pains. I've been to the hospital way more than and 'normal' person would have but I don't drive and the hospital is 45 minutes away and no public transport and it's midnight. I've had some constipation and I have been put on Miralax today and taken 2 sachets through the day today and for the last 6 hours I've had stomach cramps mostly at the top of my stomach as if I ate something bad. I don't know if this is normal or not but I'm worried it could be something more serious. I am 24 weeks 5 days pregnant today and I'm just not sure if it's just a stomach ache or something more. Any advice would be appreciated.

Phone the number in your notes for advice
Hopefully it's just the medication and constipation, but better to speak to the midwives and see what their opinion is.
If it was labour pains beginning then they can attempt to slow or stop it, and get you to a hospital with a suitable nicu so it's definitely worth being seen if they think it's needed.
