Positive test?

Hi guys, I’m new on here. Basically I have the kyleena coil fitted. I don’t get any periods with this. For the last week I’ve just felt off, light cramps, feeling a little sick. I took a test this morning to rule anything out and the faintest line appeared in 30 seconds. It’s similar to when I was pregnant with my other 2 kids early on. I’m just concerned because I do have an iud. Or don’t know if I’m just imagining things. Could anyone let me know there thoughts on this test? And any advice would be great! Thank you

My gp didn’t even seem the slightest bit bothered😳 I’m wondering maybe if I should contact Early Pregnancy unit to get things checked?

This has just happened to me! Also with Kyleena. Had a faint line today (Sunday) and called 111, was sent to out of hours gp who said I need to see my normal gp tomorrow for bloods then after that get a scan to see if my coil is in place. They seemed so unbothered?! Said many women have carried to term with the coil in. I feel like how can a pregnancy develop healthily with the coil physically and hormonally? Mostly just told wait and see and be braced for early miscarriage. The not knowing is awful!
