Hello!

I went in to triage yesterday for reduced movements. They said everything was fine, they were concerned as her heart rate fell a bit but apart from that was ok. They measured her at 97th percentile, which my midwife did too 3 weeks ago. So they have booked me in for a scan, they also said her head was engaged. I am a first time mum so I was just wondering if this means potentially she could come earlier? For reference I am 34+2 :) xxx

I bounced everywhere. First measurement 50th centile, then 97th, then 40th and so on and so forth. Every time referred for a growth scan that also bounced everywhere - 50th, 20th, 65th, 25th, 45th, it was a nightmare. They nearly induced me for slow growth, but as all other (more accurate) measures like blood flow through cord and fluid volume were fine decided to leave baby be. Baby was born over 9lb on the 75th centile, bigger than any scan predicted, including the scan 2 days before birth that suggested baby was 7lb 😅
