I had a MMC in January and fell again right after my first period and sadly had another MMC in April. The first MVA was very straightforward procedure and my period returned after 3.5 weeks but this time around I’m still testing positive 3 weeks and 4 days. Clinic got me back in today and said if still testing positive may have to repeat the procedure as could be some tissue to small to see that’s been left behind. Second MVA from start to finish has been a lot more unpleasant, more bleeding (although I did have a subchorionic hematoma in the second pregnancy so could be partly why more bleeding).
Have now started spotting again today after internal scan, almost looks like coffee grounds.
Does anybody have a similar experience of having to have a second procedure?
