Hi, I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant as of today with my first baby and have myself in a bit of a state.
I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks + 4, and the last few weeks I have had a tender chest and on and off nausea, on Sunday (04/05) the nausea really kicked in, but I have woken up today (06/05) and don't feel nauseous, or have a tender chest.
I'm very worried about having a mc or mmc, as I had a chemical pregnancy in January 2025 and have been constantly worried that something will go wrong this time. I haven't had any bleeding or pain, but the loss of symptoms is what's concerning me. My tests have been progressively getting darker, with my last stong positive being yesterday morning, but I don't have any tests with me right now and I'm also almost afraid to test incase I see what I don't want to see.
We have an early scan booked in for 17/05 when I should be 7 weeks + 4 days, but it feels like forever away and I know I'll just be panicking until then.

Has anyone had anything similar happen to them and everything was still ok? Thanks for any responses. xx

I just wanted to say I completely understand how anxious early pregnancy can feel, especially after loss. I’ve had two MMCs before my current pregnancy, so I really get where you’re coming from.

I never had much nausea myself, but I did notice my breast tenderness would disappear at times. It usually came back later that same day or the next. As I’m sure you’ve read, symptoms can come and go, and they don’t necessarily mean anything is wrong.

Do you have any other symptoms that might be reassuring, like headaches, bloating, or needing to pee more often?
