Clearblue going from 3+ to 2-3 = miscarriage?

I’m 4w5d.
yesterday I had a temperature 37.5-38.5 all day until taking a paracetamol in the afternoon.
now I’m worried the temperature may have caused a miscarriage.

my Clearblue tests went from showing 3+ yesterday to 2-3 today. Both FMU. Has anyone had this happen and then had a continuing pregnancy? No bleeding, no cramps but worried this it might either be a missed miscarriage or the bleeding / cramps are yet to come.

Hi. I wouldn't worry too much.
You can't rely on the levels of hCG which those tests detect, especially so early in a pregnancy.

I had this happen. Went from 3+ to 2-3 but by the next day it was 3+ again. Now 14.5 weeks.

With my first pregnancy I took a clear blue digital and it said 1-2 weeks, this was the early hours of the morning and then that afternoon after, I took another that said 2-3 and then as there was another in the pack I took that later on that night and it said 1-2 weeks so tbh I think sometimes they can be a bit unreliable
