Pregnancy/postpartum exercise app?

I'm in the 3rd trimester and haven't been exercising much. I want to start now. I want an app I can use for the last couple of months and in the postpartum period, that will remind me to do 10-20 minute exercise routines & be safe to use after c section (eg focus on recovery initially). Any recommendations?? Finding it too hard to find time to swim / go to classes with a toddler and full time work and tiredness!

studioksl.com/

This has a very easy slow reintroduction into post parturition workout and pregnancy friendly stuff.

Also kayla intisnes app, sweat, but I'm not the hugest fan of that one.

Other than that, if you want free, there are tons on YouTube you'll just have to weed out that ones that you don't jell with.
Also just walking and doing bird/dog are a great start to engage that core again

Is there any particular type of exercise that you enjoy?

Bumps & burpees is good for pregnancy and postpartum but I don’t think it has its own app. I was a regular user of the Fiit app pre-pregnancy and whilst they don’t have pregnancy workouts, they have a great postpartum plan based on yoga and pilates to help rebuild your core and stability before they introduce low impact cardio.

If you know what exercise you enjoy there’s also a lot of fitness apps that have options or adaptations for pregnancy.

I recommend RWL they have a pregnancy and post natal section including repairing core work then a full workout bank of all types of exercise.

Thanks all! I don't mind exercise type, just want something that takes me through core healing to actually getting fit again and can be done next to a baby!

Will check out the recommendations so far
