5 weeks pregnant, pink when I wipe

I am five weeks pregnant and have pinky/red when I wipe, I have no bad cramps etc. I’ve had s*x over the last few days, so not sure if that’s done it. So worried about miscarrying, not sure if I am worrying about nothing. Sorry for the tmi 💗

Could be something or could be completely normal, best call your local maternity unit to get a check. A lot of my friends had various amounts of bleeding throughout their pregnancies and their babies were fine so doesn't necessarily mean something bad will happen. Sending love 💞
