What colour will my baby’s eyes be?

Hi all,

My baby Is 2 months old I’m wondering what colour his eyes will end up being…not that it matters. I have brown eyes and my DH has green eyes and his parents have hazel eyes and light brown.

So genetics is never an exact science, always a curve ball somewhere like red hair that’s been dormant for a few generations! But below chart gives some inkling.

My Dad has blue eyes and my Mum has green eyes.
My eyes are hazel, my older brother has brown eyes, and my younger brother has blue.

You can’t predict it!

Um, my dads are blue, my mums are brown and mine are green?

Dh and I have grey/ blue eyes and D's has very deep conker brown eyes, so that chart isn't exact.

Looking at them now, I think they will end up a greeny hazel or amber hazel. It took my dds a year to change from blue to green.

Nobody knows.
My eye colour (grey) isn’t even on the chart.

I know the chart isn’t exact 🤣 just the “main” eye colours and based off whether a gene is dominant or recessive. It’s a very high school level chart.

I think child will have hazel eyes. Maybe even green.

I have hazel eyes, DH blue and DS has blue eyes

I was thinking that.
My DS has grey/pale blue eyes from me (Green) and his Dad (blue)

Going off the pic, I would say a slightly darker brown as gets older. They look very light brown there.
