One day bleed at 5dpo, anyone else had this and been pregnant?

I had a strong positive OPK about a week ago and had sex with DH on that day, and then 2 days ago, I had what I thought was the start of my period as I had period like bleeding all day, enough to fill a couple of pads and heavy-ish when I was wiping. But then it stopped and it only lasted that one day. I’ve been breastfeeding and started weaning my daughter off breastmilk for the past month so thought maybe it’s my first cycle being weird, but given the timings and it only lasting one day could it have been implantation? It was quite a bit of bleeding though…has anyone experienced this but turned out you were pregnant?

I would say that that matches my experience. I was doing LH tests, finally got a positive 15 months post partum and got pregnant on that cycle. But had a super short luteal phase and started to miscarry within hours of a positive test. Got pregnant successfully the following month.
