I’m 6 weeks pregnant today and for the last 3 days I’ve had a complete loss of symptoms. I’ve had one mmc before which had no symptoms and one successful which had symptoms. The loss of symptoms is making me panic as i had really sore / heavy boobs and was feeling sick from morning to night and extremely bloated. They’ve all disappeared completely which is making me panic. I was wondering has anyone been in the same boat and how long did the symptoms take to return and did the pregnancy continue successfully. Just freaking myself out in my head at the minute and panicking

I had this with my first and continued having no real symptoms throughout. All was fine and pregnancy/birth went well Smile

That happened with my first pregnancy but within days the symptoms were back and it happened on and off (mostly on) until 14 weeks and all was fine.

My current pregnancy had absolutely no symptoms until about 7 weeks then all of a sudden hit like a vengeance.

On the other hand, my sister felt a bit off in the beginning then basically no symptoms other than hunger in the first trimester. She ended up going for a reassurance scan to be sure that she was pregnant because she felt so normal.

Pregnancy hormones are a funny thing and completely unpredictable. Please don't panic just yet and try to enjoy the feeling of normality for a little while. Pregnancy sickness and bloating can be brutal.

I didn’t have no symptoms until 14 weeks pregnant. Ds is 9 weeks old and currently asleep on my chest!

Thank you all for your replies, it’s such a scary time my head just panics all the time. I’m gonna book an early scan but I want to wait until I’m sure I’ll see a heart beat to avoid stressing more
