Hello, I am 7 weeks 2 days and since yesterday my nausea is basically completely gone as well as breast tenderness.
No cramping or bleeding, since 4 weeks i have had some brown discharge here and there and that didnt change. I just feel like something is wrong if it stopped basically overnight.
I had US at what i thought should be 6+4 and there was tiny embryo measuring 5.6mm with a heartbeat and they told me it was 6+2 based on the measurements and that everything is fine. Next ultrasound isnt until mid May so am very worried...has this happened to anyone and should I be worried?
This is ivf pregnancy so very very scared! Thany you 💗

Tbh I don't think symptoms really mean much. As long as you have no cramping or bleeding I would try not to worry. I had sickness and nausea from 6 weeks with my first, no breast tenderness at all and it eased off between10-12 weeks. With my second I had no symptoms at all.

This pregnancy I had breast pains, all day nausea that never eased from 4 weeks ( which I didn't get until week 6 in my dc1 or 2) but all symptoms stopped literally over night at 8 weeks (10 weeks with the living dc) Had a scan at 9 weeks to double check it wasn't another mmc happening ( as I also had spotting throughout the weeks) and all was well!
It's common for symptoms to come and go or just go completely.
If you've very anxious it may be an idea to book a private reassurance scan

Normal, they come and go.

(pregnant with dc3)

They come and go. I had crazy sore boobs and then woke up in the middle of the night once and they weren’t anymore so I woke DH so concerned. 24hrs later they were super sore again. The same happened with my nausea throughout the first trimester.
