Just found out I’m pregnant - help!

My period is due tomorrow, positive test three days ago… still positive today. I’ve had period like cramps since I found out? Is that normal, it says online that cramps are normal at this stage but I can’t help but feel nervous.

I have a 3 year old and can’t remember the first trimester too much and we unfortunately miscarried back in February.

honestly i had period cramps for about 3 weeks! I was so convinced i was coming on my period!!! Finally tested after being about 4 days late. Hope all is okay

Congrats! Yes I had cramping a lot in my first trimester especially in the really early days. Like you I found out incredibly early - the day after my period was due - and I had strong period like cramps. If you are worried about anything though I would just ring your local maternity unit or community midwives. Even though you're mega early I found them always happy to give advice. I'm so sorry about your previous loss. Sending all the positive vibes for this pregnancy and baby 😊

Congratulations! I had cramps for weeks and thought my periods were about to arrive but I was actually pregnant. I wouldn’t worry about it for now.

Many congrats, yes totally normal, I remember the cramps, I really thought my period was about to start, but no went on to have a perfectly healthy baby.
