I’m 7+3 today and the past few days I’ve woke up very intensely dizzy and lightheaded. Not sure if it’s due to dehydration or anything else. Anyone else experience it?

It’s normal for me - I’ve had this throughout every pregnancy, partly due to low blood pressure.

If it's worrying you I would just give you're midwife unit a ring or pop to the GP just to stay on the safe side. That's what they're there for! They can at least check your blood pressure see if it's anything to do with that. I was lightheaded and had fainty spells in my first and then again in my second trimester. In my first it was very much food orientated and accompanied with nausea. If I didn't eat as soon as I got out of bed I'd have a dizzy spell or faint. Same thing if I didn't eat for a while during the day. I had to snack and eat three solid meals a day to stay on top of it. Are you maybe not eating enough? The weather is warming up too so it's important to stay hydrated.
