Hypnobirthing breathing in for 4

Anyone tried this and found it impossible? I can’t seem to inhale for longer than 2 seconds

How far along are you? The further along I’ve got the less deep I can take a breath!

You could try inhaling slower so you can get to 4. But it this leaves you a bit short of breath just stick with whatever you can manage and exhale for longer than you breathe in for.

So if you breathe in for 2, breathe out for four (or longer if it isn’t leaving you breathless!).
