Is this mucus plug?

Sorry for the awful picture but I’m driving myself mad. I’m past my due date, keep getting irregular contractions which have been going on for days and started losing discharge or parts of mucus plug like this.
could it be part of my mucus plug slowly coming away? I’ve read it usually has blood tinged in it but wondered if it can be like this too?

When I lost my mucus plug it was like slime

get walking up and down the stairs if you can manage

Little update. A few hours after this when I wiped after using the toilet it was definitely slimey and mucousy so think it is coming away. Isn’t pregnancy glamorous!
ive been up and down the stairs and bouncing on my ball. Hoping it’s the start of something!
