Just wondered if this is something other people have experienced or if I need to speak to a medical professional.

I'm 30 weeks. Everything going really well (been exceptionally fortunate, literally no issues aside from one UTI).

Recently I started getting what felt like adrenaline dumps, which i put down to hormone floods - palpitations, adrenaline feeling, hot flush. Fine. Not a problem once or twice a day.

I've now started getting it every time I lie down, or get almost horizontal (slouch too much on the couch). So several times a day. It's becoming a little uncomfortable.

Not sure if its a normal part of pregnancy or something I need to flag.
