I’m really struggling with hay-fever, I’m so congested and my head is absolutely throbbing. I’ve been to 3 different pharmacies and the last one gave me a nasal spray but I don’t really feel like it’s helped. I’m going to contact the GP tomorrow but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

You can take loratidine or cetirizine in pregnancy

I’m so glad I found this post I’m absolutely dying with Hayfever this pregnancy and only realised two days ago I shouldn’t be taking Hayfever medicine!! Have called docs but they couldn’t give me call back app until Monday! My eyes are red raw from them watering and me scratching at them and my nose is so blocked I can’t breath! I’m going to use my usual one which is Loretadine anyways! To get me through till at least Monday! I’ve always taken Hayfever medication with my last 3 I didn’t know you couldn’t!

My doctor told me it says you cant on the packet, it gives them a warning when they prescribe but check the BUMPs website (best use of medicine in pregnancy) and that says its safe to take.
He advised me to use that to search up any medication prescribed or shelf bought for all the facts before making a decision to take it or not
