Is there a nub showing on this scan? Help please!!

I’ve recently been researching the nub theory and I’m struggling to find it in any of my scans! Please help! Can’t tell if it’s legs or nubs! 😂😬

My little boys scan looked like this so it's definitely possible a little boy nub is hiding! x
