6 weeks and had spotting

Hey , I’m 6 weeks had one occasion of spotting smaller then a 1 pence piece , had to phone doctors as had cramping with it , but being sent to early pregnancy unit for a scan Thursday . I’m feel so so anxious about it , has anyone else had this ?

I had early spotting with some cramping with both of my pregnancies. Sent for early scans and all was okay. Both babies born at term and were lovely healthy babies. Early spotting doesn't always mean bad news so try and stay positive if you can. Good Luck x
