Inessa Prenatal - yes or no

Have you had Inessa prenatal and if yes, do you recommend it / anything to watch out for?

PS - I read couple of negative reviews re: their multivitamins where people said "not tested thoroughly", and "very high dose of B12 meant they landed in A&E with kidney trouble". This freaked me out, as currently suing their prenatal.

I'm taking it and I haven't had any problems with it. I researched the more premium supplements quite a lot before TTC and I just felt like inessa met my needs the best. I liked that it included choline and CoQ10. I've never worried about the B12 dose, I'm vegan and need to supplement it anyway. I thought B12 was the kind of vitamin you just excrete through urine if you have too much but worth checking that.

Thank you @Tomato888 this s good to know. Yes, I also selected it as it was one of the rare ones with choline.

the high b12 review was from its multivitamin and not prenatal though, and I am anyways feeling highly anxious with the pregnancy so started worrying about it! 🙁
