Okay so I’ve been having what I think are braxton hicks pretty much every 20 mins since 7pm like when they hit I can’t move until it passes and sometimes it lasts ages ! also woke me up out my sleep I had a busy day yesterday and put my body under stress but like I’m slightly stressed It’s something else also woke me up feeling not myself , hot, headache, tired
twice I’ve had to run to the toilet with them
I am 29+4 days pregnant

In my experience, BH come and go and are never debilitating. Labour ramps up.

The only time something was ever so regular, painful enough to wake me, was when DD turned from breach to the right way up at 38 weeks!

I think it would be wise to call your midwife/maternity hospital and get checked out.

I would ring your hospital and go in to be assessed based on this, personally. Good luck
