Anyone else’s symptoms fluctuating, 7 weeks pregnant

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and my nausea/ gagging only seems to appear when i am at work and mimimal nausea on days i’m off.I do have tiredness and sensitive nipples and bloating but nothing else. I had a miscarriage at 7+5 in November so freaking out slightly.

Ive definitely noticed ebbs and flows in my symptoms already too. I can’t say I’ve had any extreme symptoms - mostly lingering nausea that I have all day but it’s nothing major so far. But I’ve had days already where I’ve felt so nauseous that I was scared to move, only to feel fine the next day. I will say that I seem to be better at work, probably because I’m distracted, and automatically feel worse as soon as I get home 😂 I did all the googling about it too and found that it was mostly nothing to worry about - it’s all likely to be down to the fluctuation of hormones at this time!
