im trying to look for some reassurance as im currently going out of my mind and in tears! Im currently 21 weeks pregnant and this happened when i was 17 weeks.
I had a blood test done through my GP after some contact with cat poo in the garden to be on the safe side (this was on the 3rd of April). I have been chasing my results for weeks and weeks until I got an update on Friday to say they were sent to Swansea and should be back by next week as they provide results by post!!
I have done the worst thing and read all positives go to Swansea for confirmation testing.. I’m going out my mind as it’s been so slow and my baby could be harmed with all the waiting.
i keep being told someone would have rang if there was an urgent issues but I can’t believe that until I see the results myself!
has anyone been through the same experience?
