There are so many different ones out there and it makes it very difficult to know what's best!
Which pregnancy pillows do you recommend? I am due in October so will be heavily pregnant in the hottest months of the year.
Thank you!

I really like my BellaMoon especially as it’s adjustable 😊

Bbhugme, a thousand times over. Soft, squishy, mouldable to whatever form your body needs. Worth the investment for sure.

I’ve got one of the big u-shaped ones, it takes up a lot of bed space but it’s amazing and so comfy!

Hi KH66,
I totally hear you—choosing the right pillow when you're expecting in summer can feel overwhelming! I found that starting with a pregnancy body pillow early on gave me the flexibility to adjust as heat and comfort needs changed.
I’d recommend looking at a C-shaped or U-shaped pillow—these are fantastic for supporting both sides and helping keep your back and hips aligned, especially between the legs, which is a game-changer for lower back relief. If you’re worried about overheating, try a breathable cover or use a lightweight body pillow tentatively at first. Some people also love a smaller wedge or I-shaped design to prop just the bump or back, which can feel much less bulky in hot weather.
Personally, I started using one around 20 weeks, and it absolutely helped with comfort. Definitely worth trying a few shapes out to see what works best for you—especially during those sweltering nights!
Hope that helps and wishing you cooler, comfier sleep soon!

100% BBHugMe. I loved mine, DH on the other hand rejoiced when I finally parted with it (2 and done) as it was very much like having a third person in bed with us 😄

Yeah I had a c one and a wedge one that people gave me but eventually caved and bought bbhug me. It’s loads better. Got it on Vinted for about half price, but make sure you get the bigger size.
