Is there a big difference between 18 and 25 weeks pregnant would this be picked up on scans

Of course there is. They take measurements.

The sonographers scan women every single day, they can not get your dates mixed up by 7 weeks, it's all based on measurements. What makes you think you're 7 weeks further ahead out of curiosity? X

due to pcos my periods were allover the place my last on was 3 days very light my pregnancy would mean to got pregnant during that bleeding makes no sense to me my last proper period would be 7 weeks before that

You’ve been thinking and posting you think you are ahead since day one. You’ve posted a lot about this. You really can’t be. Absolutely all of your scans have been bang on from your last period. Your early threads say you had a heavy period in December but you decided it was likely heavy implantation bleeding due to early symptoms. But the doctor told you it was just your period. You are dated from that period. All scans have dated perfectly from that period. I think your December bleeding was your period and you are exactly bang on your dates. Your early threads you say you think you were 5 weeks ahead now you think 7. I honestly would just believe what the professionals tell you now.
