Conception help/ pregnancy

i had sex September 20th. Then I didn’t again until October onwards which I did daily from then. I’m not sure if I conceived September or October as my periods were messed up for both months and I didn’t track them at the time so can’t remember. I had a positive pregnancy test November 5th saying 1-2 weeks. I had early scans as I was unsure how far along I was. My first scan was 6 weeks on the 19.11.24. Another scan on 07.01.25 which was 13 weeks. I’m not sure if these are based on lmp or the size of the baby as it doesn’t say ga on the scan picture. I’m supposedly 28 weeks pregnant today and my due date is July 17th however I’m not sure if this is correct and if im actually 28 weeks or if I’m further along as when I asked the midwife which month I conceived she said she wasn’t sure and they havnt been very helpful. Any help would be appreciated as I’m very anxious about this x

If you've had your 12/13 w scan then the gestation and due date will be based off size of the baby at that point not LMP.

I'm 24+3 due August 12th and conceived on about November 19th. If you're 3w and 4 days ahead of me I'd put your conception at about October 25th. Would that fit?

I had my dating scan on the 07.01.25 which put me at 12 weeks 6 days pregnant, so when would that make conception around ?

You don’t need to worry if you think you are further along. They measure the baby and give you dates based on the size! If the baby is healthy I wouldn’t worry. When I had my scan I was 12w4 from lmp but my baby was measuring 12w6 so they dated me at a few days before my af started lol so I haven’t a clue which date I conceived. It just goes on how big the baby is at the 12 week scan and onwards. She also came 9 days early x

Counting back from your dating scan, ovulation would have been 23rd Oct, this also matches with your 1-2 weeks test on 5th Nov. Is there a reason you are worried about this? Seems like all matches for your due date in July.
