4 weeks pregnant and headaches?

Hello everyone,

This is my first pregnancy and don’t really have anyone to ask so posting on here. I’ve put a form in but aware that I likely won’t hear from them for another month or so.

Ive taken numerous tests this week, partly due to disbelief, but also because I’m having what I would usually describe as a menstrual headache. I would normally get one the week period is due and have had it for the last few nights. It does ease but it’s back again today. I’ve retested and I have a digital confirmation that I’m pregnant and NHS calculator puts me at 4 weeks.

Is this normal or should I be worried? I have had some slight cramping but nowhere near as intense as my normal menstrual cramps and from what I can see on other posts this is pretty normal for the first few weeks or months?

thank you in advance, 30 and haven’t a clue about pregnancy 😂

Very normal, it’s the hormonal shifts giving you headaches. Nothing to worry about x
