Anyone taken Clexane after late miscarriage?

Hi just wanting to know if anyone's taken Clexane following a second trimester miscarriage without a blood clotting disorder?

I've had 3 first trimester miscarriages and lost my daughter at 16 weeks in August ( no cause identified and tested negative for all clotting disorders). I'm 7 weeks pregnant again and have an appointment tomorrow where they said they will risk assess for me starting Clexane as it 'could' have been a blood clot in the placenta. I'm on aspirin and Progesterone. I understand if I had tested positive for lupus anticoagulant ( I had one false positive followed by a negative) I would have been started on it as protocol, but I'm interested to hear from people who took Clexane having had a similar loss.

I understand this is quite a niche question and will direct all my medical questions to the consultant tomorrow, this is more for personal experience. Thanks in advance

I did. I took it after 3 mc’s. I then had 1DC, 1mc, 2DC.

I had aspirin, clexane, progesterone on max dose. I was told I had antiphospholipid syndrome, or sometimes called Hughes.

Edit, sorry I didn’t totally digest your question (it still emotive after 14 years). My 4th mc was still early, but happened with taking all the above.

Furthermore, I was never tested for Hughes it was simply offered as an explanation. I don’t have any clotting disorders. I have subsequent to my DC developed vitiligo which is autoimmune.

I’m sorry this is happening, it’s a tough time (I thought I’d go mad at one point with the stress of it all)

@Spankmeonthebottomwithawomansweekly thank you so much for your reply. I think I'm just looking for something 'different' this pregnancy if that makes sense as was on progesterone and aspirin with my daughter we lost and the most recent mc last month. They did test me for aps ( negative). But in my head Clexane could prevent it again, who knows. Will see what they say tomorrow but appreciate your reply

I hope they can give you something to explain, but it seems like they just roll the dice again. Good luck.
