Hi, i am nearly 12 weeks and I am drinking as normal but I am weeing less, so much so it is now beginning to worry me.

Is this normal because the placenta is forming or should I be concerned?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I don’t know any science behind it, but I’m 23 weeks and have been weeing so much less since being pregnant. I drink loads, especially during work where I talk a lot. I used to go to the loo at least 6/7 times during a working day and now it’s once or twice. I can easily go out for a three hour meal without needing the loo once, whereas before in that time I’d normally always have to visit the ladies.

It's normal, as long as you are still weeing regularly (as much as pre-pregnancy) and the colour is pale .

When i was pregnant sometimes I needed to go all the time and sometimes not, as long as you feel well and have normal coloured urine dont worry.

At this point the uterus starts to lift more upward and take the pressure off the bladder so completely normal.

Sounds normal your body goes though phases of more and less. Pregency is a funny time. My DC at the end was breech, so I had a pretty steal bladder at the end, as he wasn't on it. But I did sound like a steam train huffing and puffing away.

My uterus is tilted if that makes any sense.
