Confused by pregnancy test results

can anyone offer advice please?
I took a test yesterday mid morning as I haven’t been feeling at all Myself and it showed a faint positive reading. I was excited but thought I’d wait until the next morning.

After testing this morning results are negative. I am baffled, was the first test faulty? Or am I imaging the faint positive?

I've just posted about the exact same thing, no advice as I have no idea either, going to buy more tests!

The images are so blurred which is annoying! I will try and add a clearer image if needed 🤦‍♀️

I don’t think the first test looks positive (sorry, perhaps more visible in person).
The clear blue’s can take ages to show a positive. I had the strongest pregnancy tests, but was still having ‘not pregnant’ on the clear blue tests until a couple of days after missed period.

it’s so annoying the photo is blurred, definitely clearer in person. Showed two family members who both said it was a faint positive.

i will wait a few days and retest with the cheaper brand again. I have a love hate relationship with clear blue!

The cheaper test looks like a dye run and I don’t think the digital tests show you’re pregnant until you’ve missed your period due to needing higher hcg.

The first one looks like its flooded and theres dye run, it all looks negative to me. Digital clear blues always need more HCG to detect, but it seems like the first pregnancy test is negative.
