Post c-section heavy legs

Hi

I had an elective c-section 3 months ago and since then I have really heavy legs. As in, they feel heavy and like dead weight. Not so much numb or tingly but just heavy. When I walk up the stairs at home by the time I get to the top of one flight I feel live I’ve climbed a mountain. I also have pains in the heels of my feet. I struggle to lift my legs up to cross them for example and have to physically lift them with my hands and I keep rolling on my ankles and tripping over like I cannot lift my feet.

I mentioned it to my Dr at my 8 week check up and she mentioned it could be a deficiency (however she doesn’t think it is likely as all my bloods were perfect during pregnancy) or nerve damage. It seems to be getting worse as the weeks go on.

I have blood tests next week.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it was and how long it took to get better? Or maybe it is normal? Any experiences?

Thank you

I had heavy legs for months after and a horrible nerve pain (it was like a string down to the top of my big toe that I couldn’t stretch) I was worried but it all went away around six months ish
remember it’s major surgery x
