Hi all, I've been a long time lurker but posting for the first time. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a while now. I had a miscarriage last year in September (no heartbeat). But we started trying nearly 2months after that. Since then, it's been really difficult to get pregnant. We are now thinking of trying for IUI or IVF esp since she isn't on my side (I'm going to 38 this summer). Can you please recommend where I can start my journey around this? I'm based in London and I'm not sure if a GP would help or if we would need to go private directly?
