TRIGGER WARNING picture 5.2 weeks pregnant spotting for a week then heavy bleeding and clot

I was spotting on and off for a week. I took a test Good Friday 3 days ago which got a 1-2 weeks positive test. First one after TTC for 2 years. However yesterday Sunday I had a gush of blood and a clot and have been bleeding like a period today bright red no cramps. Has anyone had similar stories, thank you x

Have you contacted EPU? It does look like the pregnancy has ended.

I haven’t. I only found out 3 days ago and then it has been bank holidays. I just didn’t think they would do anything about it 😞 I just tested I know it’s late in the day but there is no line at all now. So confusing how can it be positive a day ago then nothing today.
