i am 6 weeks pregnant today and with my first i only experienced nausea. Since i found out, i started gagging and retching but this seems to have stopped and i am feeling ok just have sensitive nipples, back pain and more tired than usual. I had a miscarriage in November so anxious about it happening again. When should i expect morning sickness to occur?

not everyone gets morning sickness. Well I didn’t atleast. I had no symptoms until 16 weeks pregnant personally. My baby’s now 7 weeks old

I have no answers, OP, but didn't want to read and run. I came on here tonight half thinking to write almost exactly the same post. I'll be 6w on Tuesday, and woke up this morning feeling completely, totally and utterly unpregnant. Boobs normal, no soreness, no nausea today, just... bleh.

All I can say is everyone will tell us that every pregnancy is different, and not everyone gets nausea at all (I didn't with my first). I saw someone say that that unless you're doubled over in pain and bleeding, we just have to believe that everything is fine, one way or another.

It might not be what you (or I) want to hear, but just know you're not alone in your anxiety. X
