Possibly pregnant but use a condom every time??

I've taken a pregnancy test today due to my boobs feeling so sore which is a sign of pregnancy for me.

The line went white immediately and then has settled (dried) very faint but also shiny? Is this an evap line?

I did a clear blue digi and it says not pregnant but I'm not due on my period and it's not FMU so I'm not surprised it said negative.

I then did 3 more strip tests and they do all have a very very very faint line if you look at it in a certain light...

Please can someone put my mind at rest as we use condoms every single time and I genuinely thought these were the safest form of contraception?!?!

They are all negative. The shiny line is just where the dye would take if you were pregnant.

edited to add - if anything the top one in the second pic looks questionable. Does it have any colour, and how long did it take to show? If it’s grey, it’s an evap too

Condoms are 98% effective with perfect use but 85% effective with real world use.

I think I see a positive test or 2 there.

Both pics are in the same order so the shiny one is also the one that looks possibly positive in the next photo... it's SO shiny in certain lights which I've never had on a positive test before?!

I don't think it has any colour, just looks shiny, clear-ish shadowy when I shine my torch on it and before it got dark this evening, it just looked very slightly darker than the rest of the test but I personally don't think it looks pink.

If I am pregnant though, I am in SHOCK !

They look negative to me. Test again in a few days.

Could this possibly be due to pre cum op? Pretty sure dd1 was born due to this 🙈 could explain your lines unless they were just a bad batch of tests

Honestly I'm crapping myself... I've got two babies and I'm not ready for a third so now my evening has just been thrown into absolute panic !

I don't think so as we use a condom the whole time BUT I did just google and it said that even if touched on the outside you can get pregnant?! I am 30 and didn't know this WTF

Condoms are not the most effective form of contraception.

The pill is 99% effective when used correctly.

Condoms are like 98% effective in perfect use but much less in real life - splits, fall offs.

If you really don’t want another baby, your partner should consider a vasectomy or you should double up on contraception and not rely just on condoms.

They're just cheap eBay ones I ordered in bulk when I was trying for my last one (still in date) lol

If you say you're not due your period when is it due? Might be pointless testing if its a while away. How long before it dried this way? If outside the timeframe then take it as negative for the moment.
